L78L05AC Features

    The L78L05AC is a Low Gate Charge (LGC) SMPS L78L05ACL78L05AC L78L05ACGBT combining the fast switching speed of the SMPS L78L05ACGBTs along with lower gate charge and avalanche capability (UL78L05ACS). These LGC devices shorten delay times, and reduce the power requirement of the gate drive. These devices are ideally suited for high voltage switched mode power supply applications where low conduction loss, fast switching times and UL78L05ACS capability are essential. SMPS L78L05ACL78L05AC LGC devices have been specially designed for:   • Power Factor Correction (PFC) Circuits   • Full Bridge Topologies   • Half Bridge Topologies   • Push-Pull Circuits   • Uninterruptible Power Supplies   • Zero Voltage and Zero Current Switching Circuits

L78L05AC Applicatioins

      The resultant is a double-sideband signal that resembles a single-sideband signal generated under two-tone sine wave conditions. Viewed on a scope screen, the envelope produced by this method appears the same as a SSB twotone pattern. However, unlike the System A test signal, there is a controlled and fixed phase relationship between the two output tones. This system is widely employed to generate the test signal for linearity measurements.
