XCF04SVOG20C Description

    The Edge646 driver supports three distinct programmable driver levels; high, low, termination, and high impedance. There are no restrictions between any of these three levels in that all three may vary independently over the entire operating voltage range between VCC and VEE.

XCF04SVOG20C Features

    The XCF04SVOG20C/XCF04SVOG20C/XCF04SVOG20C are line-terminating networks. They provide 75Ω, 100Ω, and 120Ω termina- tion to be compatible with twisted pair or coaxial cable. The XCF04SVOG20C/XCF04SVOG20C/XCF04SVOG20C consume only 50µA supply current and operate from a +4.5V to +5.5V power supply. They are available in a space-saving 5- pin SOT23 package. All specifications are guaranteed over the extended temperature range of -40C to +85C. The ENABLE pin allows switching from one termination value to another: 75Ω to 100Ω for the XCF04SVOG20C, 75Ω to 120Ω for the XCF04SVOG20C, and 100Ω to 120Ω for the XCF04SVOG20C (Figure 1 and Table 1).
